I’m Kelly. I am an executive coach with a background in mediation and conflict resolution.

I am drawn to the gift of opportunity that conflict gives us. Conflict keeps us all growing and learning, and the truth is conflict will never go away.  I want people to have the tools to make conflict transformative, and productive, and to grow from it. Resolution offers peace.

I was the family and friend’s peacekeeper. It was important that my family got along and were strong together. It was important that my friends got along, and that we were strong. 

When a critical relationship is off, there is energy feeding a mental and emotional scenario that is constantly running in the background about what to do about it, sapping our attention and focus.

At the core of the work I love is the focus on helping people heal and strengthen their relationships. I experienced and witnessed that strong relationships were the fabric and foundation of strong and healthy lives and communities.

I went through several years of training to become a mediator. I ran the Santa Fe magistrate court mediation program for 7 years and then went on to offer alternative conflict resolution skills training at the Santa Fe Community College. From there I started to work with businesses, government, and non-profits. I spent a lot of time in mediation helping people see themselves more clearly so that they could understand what was motivating them. I helped them understand what they really wanted out of the conflict so they could communicate clearly.

At that time, I believed that mediation and alternate conflict resolution were the way to accomplish this, but it wasn’t the whole picture. I found incredible tools and now I help people struggling with their most important relationships, get clear with themselves, and find a path forward with the people that matter the most. Be it a business partner, colleague, spouse, sibling, or friend. I love helping repair and strengthen the fabric of our lives and our community.
